SWAC CROSS COUNTRY RUNNERS OF THE WEEK
WOMEN'S
Guadalupe Bustamente, Prairie View A&M; 5-7, FR; Cameron, TX Bustamente registered a time of 22:52.7 at the University of Incarnate Word Cross Country Invitational last weekend in San Antonio, TX. She placed 27th out of 69 runners in the 5K race. The Lady Panthers placed 6th overall out of 10 teams at the meet.
MEN'S
Kenei placed third with a time of 25:56.19 at the Cougar 8K Invitational last week in Columbus, GA. The Hornets finished second overall at the race. This is Kenei's second consecutive Runner of the Week honor and third this year. |
