The trio of LaToya Clark, Paige Williams and Maya Bell are beginning to claim ownership of Southwestern Athletic Conference weekly honors. For the third consecutive week, Clark has been been named SWAC Offensive Player of the Week, while has been Defensive Player of the Week back-to-back and three times overall. For Bell, it's two straight as Newcomer of the Week and her fourth of the season.

Clark led Jackson State to a perfect 5-0 week, including winning all matches in straight sets. She had 166 assists, averaging 11.06 assists per set and maintaining her position as number one in the conference. Clark notched a double-double versus Prairie View with 29 assists, 10 digs, and two block assists in the victory. She was named to the 27th Annual Southern University Volleyball All-Tournament Team.

Williams was a stone wall this week, claiming 26 blocks (7BS, 19BA) for the Lady Tigers, aiding in their 10 game win streak and helping them to win their 3rd straight Southern University Volleyball Tournament. Williams hit .667 (8k, 0e) and had six blocks (1bs, 5ba) in the tournament championship match against Mississippi Valley State. Williams also had eight service aces for the week.

Bell led the Lady Hornets to its fourth consecutive win, something ASU volleyball has not done in some time.  She led the ladies with 51 kills averaging 5.10 kills per game, two assists, six service aces, 19 digs and five blocks.
