Mosley Named SWAC SID of the Year Posthumously

The SWAC sports information directors have selected their annual SID of the Year. This year's Nicholson/Jefferson/Prophet Award winner is Grambling's Roderick Mosley, who died suddenly in September.
Mosley was the sports information contact for the Tigers and a graduate of Southern University. He also served as the sports information director at Mississippi Valley State in the conference. Mosley was 38 and left behind a wife and three children.
This is the first time a Grambling SID has been awarded the Nicholson/Jefferson/Prophet Award, named for three long-time and legendary SWAC sports information directors - Collie Nicholson (Grambling), Sam Jefferson (Jackson State), and Chuck Prophet (Mississippi Valley State).
