2011 SWAC Cross Country Championship Central
The 2011 SWAC Cross Country Championship will be held at Choctaw Trails in Clinton, Mississippi on Monday, October 31, starting at 9:00 am Central time.
Each of the ten members of the conference will be competing the championship, which include: Alabama A&M, Alabama State, Alcorn State, Grambling State, Jackson State, Mississippi Valley State, Prairie View A&M, Texas Southern, Southern, and Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
The team with the best score will win the championship. The first five runners to cross the finish on each team will be named the SWAC First Team All-Conference, while the Second Team All-Conference will be comprised of the finishers in sixth through tenth place. Additional accolades will include Coach of the Year, Athlete of the Year, Team Champions, and All Academic Awards.
