Alabama A&M baseball coach Mitch Hill resigns

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Mitch Hill has resigned as the head coach of the Alabama A&M baseball program, it was announced Monday.
Hill led the Bulldogs for four seasons. He was named the 2015 Southwestern Athletic Coach of the Year after leading the Bulldogs to a second place finish in the east division that season and a 16-8 record in SWAC play.
Hill finished his tenure at Alabama A&M with a 63-165 record. A search for a new head baseball coach will begin immediately.
