Jobodwana and Williams Compete at NCAA Finals

EUGENE, Ore. – Jackson State’s Anaso Jobodwana advanced to the finals of The 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the 200m dash by finishing with the second fastest time in the preliminaries Thursday at Historic Hayward Field.

Jobodwana, who is the Southwestern Athletic Conference champion in the 100 and 200, recorded a time of 20.02 in the 200m dash prelims Thursday.  Akeem Williams (Grambling State) ran a time of 20.41.  Williams’ mark was two places shy of qualifying for The Finals on Saturday.
