SWAC Fans: You Could Help Your School Win $25,000

SWAC fans, with your purchase of a 2012 Farmers Insurance SWAC Basketball Tournament ticket booklet, you could help your favorite school win up to $25,000.
The SWAC tournament ticket challege is open to fans from all 10 conference institutions, and the school that sells the most ticket booklets according to contest rules could win up to $25,000 that will go directly into its general endowment fund.
To participate, SWAC fans need to order their $60 ticket booklet by contacting April Shaw at the Special Events Center - Garland. Contact information for April by email is adshaw@garlandisd.net or by phone at (972)487-4744. All purchases are final and must be made by March 2 at 5:00 p.m. to qualify for the contest.
The ticket booklet allows the owner entry into all basketball tournament sessions (all 16 games) throughout the week. The tournament begins Tuesday, March 6 at 3:00 p.m. with the women's opening round. The championship finals are set for Saturday evening, March 10.
